How to Strengthen Your Super Power

How we use language is vital to our success overall. Language is very powerful, be it verbal or non-verbal. It is our very own Super Power depending on how we use it.

It is symbolical.  Language is our very own secret super power.  When we become aware of how to communicate it effectively to get the outcome we desire.

The way we use our language is even more powerful than we realise, because a huge chunk of it is non-verbal.

The power of language is in what we see, hear, feel, taste and smell.  It is all valuable information for us to use.

According to the NLP Communication model from the book Time Line Therapy ™ by Dr Tad James and Wyatt Woodsmall state that we are constantly receiving information from the environment at a speed of up to 2 million bits of information per second which of course we break down with our auto delete, distort and generalise filters.

These 2 million bits are broken into 134 bits of information one digit bits of information with all of the different forms of communication symbolism that is absorbed through our senses.

Now further study’s by scientist John Hagelin, who worked with the unification of quantum fields at Stanford University and has several publications in this field (including the discovery of super-symmetry) was part of a documentary in which several scientists establish a consensus number of bits of information that the brain unconsciously use every second.

Now they are saying it is 400 billion bits per second have been affirmed and reaffirmed by several professors and Ph.Ds in Medicine, Physics and Quantum Mechanics of large universities in the world.

Now you can comprehend how we have untapped super intelligence . A significant amount of input that we need spam filters for. However we can only do the best we can with the information we have a the time of receiving it from our past experiences. When we learn to strengthen our super power, we become more aware and mindful of how to use it, and this awareness has the capacity to change your life experience.

I am sure you know our language and our use of it is changing constantly, when you experience your own children using language and struggle to understand what they are talking about, because they just down loaded a whole lot of acronyms on you and you’re not quite sure what just happened?

The way we communicate is changing through the use of technology and personal devices. This leaves ample room for misinterpretation which I am sure you personally have experienced in the office, in business, and in life. it is vital to keep a positive mind and not assume anything.

Whispers of the Mind- Internal Dialogue

What programs have you got running in your mind that you are unaware of?

Belief systems we create are programmed from a very young age, sometimes these programs are set even earlier in the cycle of life.

What are the whispers in the mind that hold you back from what you truly have to give to the world?

The “I am not good enough” or “I don’t deserve…” or “Money is evil.” We all have whispers and it is essential to observe them and change them to something that will deliver you momentum and motivation toward your dreams, otherwise these whispers will keep you in a reality that is unwanted.

Internal & External Language

The conscious and unconscious mind uses our language every moment of the day to gather situational awareness, information to react to internal and external response.  Further studies have shown our internal language (self-dialogue) is vital to our well being. This internal dialog is the one that needs boundaries, just like a child needs boundaries. You need to control your mind and give it positive boundaries to work with in.

Learning to build our language and communicate with our super power is the key to enhancing our experience in your world.

Often we think we do not have control of the mind chatter.  The constant noise in our heads.  The over thinking that we are not often conscious of.  However, we do have control if you chose to take control of it.

Here are some suggestions to strengthen your natural super powers of how you use language and how to nurture it.

8  Ways to Enhance your Secret Super Powers:

  1. Learn to master the way you use language. Rather than preceding with “don’t ….” Use your language towards what you want.
  2. Learn to quieten the mind chatter with breath. Use your basic survival skills to keep your mind sharp with quality breath, water, rest, food. After all, how you feel health wise directly effects your language positively or negatively.
  3. Be mindful not to assume anything when in conversation on email, text or face to face, if you are unsure then just ask.
  4. Respond rather than react. Controlling your emotions. Your emotions must be under control before you can be sure of maintain a positive mental attitude. without this control, you are giving away your power.
  5. Omit the word ‘Try’ from your language, since there is no ‘try’ as you either ‘do’ or you ‘don’t’.
  6. Say it the way you mean it. Be impeccable with how you use language and honourable in your word and do what you say you will do.
  7. You always have choice, that is a super power. Let go of victim mentality and language. Choose to come from a power stance of taking responsibility for where you are today. Knowing you are the artist of your life make it beautiful with positive toward language. E.g. avoid blame statements like “He/she made me feel that way” or “it’s not my fault”.
  8. Be respectful and kind to yourself and others. Knowing you are always do your best.

Healthy Mind Body Language

Going back to our basic survival skills of quality breath, water, rest and food will directly affect your health.

You can really assist your body by using your basic survival skills of breath, water, good rest.

Breath

breath is our first basic survival skill. (3-5 minutes without breath our body will shut down) so breath is our first basic survival skill.  Have you noticed throughout the day how you forget to breath when you’re concentrating?  So just check in on your breathing and feed your body with oxygen.

Water

Stay hydrated too.  This will affect your thoughts greatly.

This is our second basic survival skill (3-4 days without water we cannot survive).  Our body needs oxygen and water is another great way of getting oxygen into the body. Ensure you get good wholesome rest.

Sleep

Often I hear entrepreneurs talking about how they cannot switch off the mind chatter and it effects their sleep patterns.

As sleep is one of our basic survival mechanisms we need to have proper rest to keep our bodies functioning.   Easier said than done! However, keeping check of your basic survival skills will assist with rest.  Without it our mind cannot function well.

Rest is our third basic survival skill.

And food is last.

Food

We can survive more than 5-7 days without food.

Strange how the thing that consumes so much of our awake minds is down the list in a survival sense.

Your body will have shut down from lack of oxygen, water and sleep well before it shuts down from lac of food.

All this might sound simple but these basic survival skills help us deliver our language appropriately and effectively.

How we use language can make us or break our desired success and it will affect our health directly.  It will affect your body language and your overall self-belief of who you perceive yourself to be.

Correct your language toward what you want to experience, and watch the magic of your creation take place.

The real power comes from how we use our language

Understanding our internal and external communication is a big part of becoming aware of how to create our dreams into reality. When we learn to communicate with our unconscious mind we can strengthen and enhance our super power in a way that we are giving our subconscious mind the correct messages to work with.

The unconscious mind does not actually register negatives. So how do we know this?

Suggestion to the unconscious mind

Suggestions are entering the unconscious mind every second through language and it is endless in our daily life.

Language preceding with “don’t” is actually suggesting to your unconscious that you want more of that very thing we’re trying to avoid.

This is because the unconscious will register the last few words and does not adequately register the negative.

For instance, if you say “don’t run on the road…” what is actually heard and registered in the brain is “….run on the road”.

Alternatively, you could say it in a way that exactly describes what it is you actually want to experience.

So you’d say “stay on the grass”.  A much more positive image of what is desired rather than a nebulous negative.

Positive requests like this give some positive boundaries rather than highlighting what you don’t want.

If your language is proceeding with don’t you are only enforcing more of what you don’t want. J Makes practical sense hah!

If you keep getting the outcomes you’re trying to avoid, then look at how you use your language and experience more of what you truly want.  Try it for yourself.
